    How do I order online?

    Ordering online is easy and safe. Here’s how:

    1. Use the search bar or browse by department to find the item.

    2. Click on the item to view its page.

    3. Select your size and customization options.

    4. Click Add to Cart.

    5. Adjust quantities in the shopping cart if needed.

    6. Check your order carefully and click Continue.

    7. Enter your shipping information, select shipping type, click Apply to view total, then Continue.

    8. Enter payment information and any coupon codes, then Continue.
      Your card is not charged at this step.

    9. Check your order again, then click Submit Order.




    Do I have to order online?

    No. We also accept orders via email.
    Simply send your order list to MineJerseys@hotmail.com.




    How do I change my order?

    You can change or cancel your order before it enters the shipping process.

    Please contact online chat support or email MineJerseys@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email for the change, the modification was likely not processed.
    Once an order enters shipping, no changes or cancellations can be made.




    What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

    If your package is lost in transit, we will reship a new package for free.

    We welcome team and corporate orders, offering volume discounts. Our professional staff and artists will assist you in creating your ideal team image.

    Shipping


    When will I receive my order?

    Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 8 to 25 business days.

    Orders with customizations, back-orders, or special-orders may require additional processing time.

    Packaging:

    • <15 shirts or <3kg: single shipment

    • >15 shirts or >3kg: split into multiple packages




    What shipping method do you use?

    We offer free shipping via China Post.
    Express shipping is available at an additional cost for faster delivery.




    May I ship to a PO box or private box address?

    No for Express Shipping.
    Express couriers require a physical address.




    Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

    Generally not.
    Sports apparel is usually not considered a restricted item, but import regulations vary by country.




    Do you charge tax?

    For Non-EU countries, we do not charge tax at checkout, but your local customs may assess import duties or fees upon arrival.

    For EU countries, customs typically charge 20% or more tax based on order payment.
    We will pay most of this tax, charging you only 8% at checkout.

    You are responsible for all customs fees assessed before delivery, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.




    May I return an item?

    Yes. Please contact us before returning any item to get an estimate of return shipping charges and instructions.




    What should I do if I am missing an item or received a defective/incorrect item?

    We apologize for any inconvenience.
    Please contact us immediately, and we will correct your order as efficiently as possible.
    We can usually reship a new jersey for free.




    Return Policy


    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

    Conditions:

    1. Items must be in marketable condition with original packaging.

    2. Customized jerseys (badge, name, or number) cannot be returned.

    3. For used items, a limited 30-day warranty applies.

    4. Refunds are processed within 2 days after receiving your returned parcel.

    5. Please contact us before returning to avoid delays.




    Jersey Maintenance Tips


    To protect hot-transfer prints:

    1. Hand wash recommended. If machine washing, turn jersey inside out.

    2. Avoid scrubbing printed areas and direct sun exposure.

    3. If prints peel off:

      • Place jersey flat.

      • Cover letters/numbers with clean, non-stick plastic paper or stencil.

      • Iron at 150°C for 7-8 seconds. Repeat if needed.
        Never iron directly on printed areas.
